Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge 2 Ingredients
Easy 2-ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge; no baking, no cooking and made in just 5 minutes! This is going to be your new favorite chocolate dessert!
I love cooking and baking and can spend all my time cooking, baking or just reading, watching about or thinking about food! But, nothing pleases me more than making something that is tasty, has minimal ingredients and takes the least effort!
This scrumptious, delectable and decadent chocolate peanut butter fudge fits the bill perfectly! All you need is chocolate, some peanut butter which I am sure all of you have in your pantry and just 5 minutes of your time !
I love crunchy peanut butter as opposed to the creamy one, so did not feel the need to add extra nuts. Feel free to use any other type of nut/seed butter to make these. I have used chocolate chips but you can use any kind of chocolate bar you have. Just chop them into even sized pieces to make melting them easier.
All you need to do is melt the chocolate, stir in peanut butter until smooth and layer in pan until set! The hard part is waiting for it to set in the fridge/freezer!
Once almost set, cut into bite sized pieces and enjoy!
Have fun making a variety of flavors by using various types of chocolates and adding different types of nuts, chia seeds, any crunchy cereal (make sure they are small in size), raisins, dried fruits etc.
Keep this fudge on hand to serve at parties, get togethers or as a simple after-dinner treat!
Enjoy!

Let's make some fudge!
Step-by-step Instructions to make Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge:
Line a pan (I have used a 5X5 inch or double the recipe and use an 8X8 inch one) with parchment paper, wax paper or greased Aluminum foil with a bit of overhang on all the sides. This makes it easy to lift the set fudge from the pan.
In a microwave safe bowl melt the chocolate chips/chocolate chunks in 30 second intervals until almost melted.
Remove from oven and mix with a spatula or spoon until smooth and totally melted.
Stir in peanut butter (either crunchy if you like bits of peanuts in your fudge or the creamy variety) and mix until you get a smooth creamy mixture.
Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly with spatula.
Set in fridge or freezer until just set.
Use a hot knife to slice into desired pieces.
Enjoy immediately or serve at room temperature.
You can store the fudge in the refrigerator and soften at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes for the best texture and flavor!
Enjoy!
